Return and refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must remain in the same condition in which it was received.
• It must be unused, unworn, and include its original tags when applicable.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.

Please inspect your order when it is delivered.

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work to resolve it.

The following types of products cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods, including food, plants, or flowers.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Personal care products, including beauty or hygiene items.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Original shipping fees paid during checkout.

• Sale items.
• Gift cards.

If you are uncertain whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before beginning the return process.

The quickest way to receive the product you want is to complete the return of the original item first.

• Return the original product.
• After the return has been accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

The following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and include its tags.
• It must remain in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

This 14-day right applies independently of the standard 30-day return policy.

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

When a refund is approved:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
