Please review your order carefully before submitting it because cancellation requests may not always be accommodated after an order has been accepted.

If an order is declined, changed, or cancelled, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number supplied when the order was placed.

Returns and exchanges are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You confirm that purchases made through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, promotional offers, and discounts may change without advance notice. The price applied to your purchase will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in the order confirmation email.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs fees, and import charges.

Vyreluna™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

The Services, including trademarks, brand elements, text, displays, photographs, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, designs, selections, and arrangements, are owned by Vyreluna™, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable U.S. and international patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws.

Other names, logos, designs, products, services, and slogans appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

The Services may provide access to tools operated by third parties. We do not monitor or control these third-party tools and have no input into their operation.

Vyreluna™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to make the Services available to you. However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and Vyreluna™.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Vyreluna™, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services you purchase.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, and damages arising from or connected with your purchases and transactions with Vyreluna™.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYRELUNA™, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND.
